i have started my articleship in august 2014 but till now i havent received the confirmation letter of my registration and the same has been received by my Principal. i had also posted my grievance on the institutes website through e-shayata but it was of no use. can u please tell me what should i do ahead?

hello experts m a ca finalist my attempt is due in nov 2015 . currently m persuing my coachings for the first group . n d subject about which m excited as well as worried z sfm . m taking classes f sanjay saraf no doubt he is a very gud teacher but somewhere i want more conceptual clarity like complete derivations of formulae n how they work in practicle life . hw the concepts were originated . so want sm good books on sfm . plaease suggest me any thanking You in anticipation of your replies :)

When I was at intermediate level our Accounts teacher told us that a company has to prepare two balance sheets due to separate provisions in Companies Act and IT Act..
Do you feel that it is a reality or in essence it happens because my principal finds this(me) very amusing!!

hello evryone, i am a student of ipcc. i gave my first attempt in may 2014 both grp exam but failed to clear it. thn i started doing itt training meanwhile when the results were delayed till aug. last week . then after the results i didnt had much time so i was to give only grp 1. nd i didnt giv d exam cuz i ws nt prepared. plz suggest what to do. i hv already wasted m 2 attempts . is it too early to quit. bcz if i take too many attempts i m certainly not going to get a good job. my father wants me to do CA. but will it be gud fr me to do CA. or should i pursue other career option? pressure of attempts and family pressure is killing me... it leads to so much of headache. what should i do?

hiiii friends.... I am in a great confusion.. I need ur help !!!! ... the confusion is prepare idt for exemption or prepare for all subject... because my preparation in costing, DT and idt is good I.e. average... but in isca ... I don't know chapters name....so there is fever... about isca.....den in this case what should I do try for exemption in idt... or try 4 all 4 subject.....

I am in Direct Entry for CA IPCC. I cleared Group II in May-2014 and I hope I will clear Group I this Nov-2014. I registered for Articleship in 15th June-2013. When I would eligible for CA Final and I am self studied for IPCC both Groups with the help of ICAI e-learning facility. I want to continue same study plan for Final also. Because of change the syllabus of CA Final(this is majority of students are telling), when I should start my study for Final and which subjects I start first.

Kindly let me know the following-

1. My company can receive a loan from a foreign financial group to the tune of 60 crore. I would like to know-:

a. What are the guidelines and procedures involved before receiving such loans? Viz RBI, Tax authorities etc. And if our government allows such loans ?

b. I will need to repay the amount in 5 years. Can i make foreign remittance of say 10 - 12 crore in a financial year?

c. Will the authorities allow me to remit the loan amount , repay it ?
