Hi,

I got myself registered to Articleship on 8th October 2012.
However I got myself transferred to another CA firm.
My termination date in the previous Firm is 24th September 2013 and the re-registration date in the current Firm is 13th November 2013.
Am I eligible to appear for the CA Final may 2015 attempt?

If Principle agrees , then whether it is possible to make attestation BY BANK AUTHORITY & affixing bank stamp?

does bank stamp may work on blank paper& attestation by bank manager or other?
Is bank stamp special adhesive stamp?
As per instruction deed can be prepared on special adhesive stampd also

Hello, Could any one please expalin me the exemption criteria in IPCC exams. What i knew :- Scoring 60 or above in any paper exempts from writing the same, and is valid for next three attempts.
What i heard :- Even after scoring 60 or above in any paper, You must have appeared in all the papers of a group to avail such exemption.
Kindly clarify.

I have register myself for IPCC under Direct Entry Scheme on 6th Aug, 2014 and received my IPCC Registration letter on 8th Nov, 2014. Now I am getting to register myself for ITT (the starting date is 22nd Dec, 2014 and ends on 16th Jan, 2015). I haven't register myself for Articleship. I want to appear for November, 2015 IPCC exam. So my query is whether I can get Nov, 2015 attempt..? please reply as early as possible.

Actually I have filled the Form GNL-2 but following status is show-

form is filed late one time due additional fees is required as per rule, 2014 in misc. along with copy of challan, Form 67 (Addendum) should be filed by 27/11/2014 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)
But what will be the amount of additional fee

Actually i was joined as industrial training before 2 years Articles , that reason ICAI , sent a letter regarding Termination & Re-Joining of Articles

My Query is what what documents are required to be send & from whom
