Receiving loan from a foreign financial group and repayment

Kindly let me know the following-
1. My company can receive a loan from a foreign financial group to the tune of 60 crore. I would like to know-:
a. What are the guidelines and procedures involved before receiving such loans? Viz RBI, Tax authorities etc. And if our government allows such loans ?
b. I will need to repay the amount in 5 years. Can i make foreign remittance of say 10 - 12 crore in a financial year?
c. Will the authorities allow me to remit the loan amount , repay it ?

Yes Company can receive loan form foreign Financial group.
There are 2 option
option 1) ECB (External Commercial Borrowing)
Option 2) Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)
You have comply with relevant authorities such as FEMA & RBI
Yes remittance of 10-12 Crore Per year can be done
