If Principle agrees , then whether it is possible to make attestation BY BANK AUTHORITY & affixing bank stamp?
Is it valid as per icai instructions
please guide

13 November 2014 Do you mean to say...FRANKING by Bank?
The deed can be done through Franking instead of using stamp paper. No issues.
(AND Please try to use the proper words....what do you mean by ATTESTATION?)
