My query is related to a Cs management internship programme for 2 year's. I was selected in a interview for a cs management trainee in a law firm but this firm is not registered with an ICSI institute.So , I want to ask you that i should do training with this firm or look for a some other option?

ef one trust give donation to other trust then what are the provisions applicable for both the party. secondly if one trust donates to other trust with same nature if activity thn what are the provisions waiting for your suggestion as soon as possible

Can we give a gap in articleship for 6 month to 1 year and if yes then how it will be possible.
And if there is no such rules then can we terminate our articleship and after certain time can we start it again with previous period included in our articleship which we terminated before.
I need a urgent information. I will be highly oblidge for the any information regarding this matter.

Respected sir I am a student of IPCC ( under direct entry scheme) and doing my article ship . I have completed my 8 months article and now I want to get transfer in to some other firm. Now my question is that if I get transfer will I able to give my IPCC exam which is going to become due in may .

Can a already revised service tax return be revised again???
I have revised an original return of service tax for the first half of 2014-15. Again i want to revise it. But when i am going to option RET-File Return-Revise Return and clicking on 'code of premises', it is displaying no return exists for this code. how is this possible.??

on 29.10.2014 but i didn't get any information regarding that(i didn't received any letter) what i do whether form 109 fill and sent directly to icai or wait for some time?

On comparing the syllabus of Nov 2014 and May 2015, the only change I came across was - Statement of Changes in Equity and Explanatory Notes - in Paper 1 - Accounting and - Issues related to accounting in Limited Liability Partnerships - In paper 5 - Advance Accounting, Along with some changes in Company law in Law and Audit and application of amendments in Tax.
Pls verify the same.

1. I have submitted the ipcc registration form (through Direct Entry Scheme) at VIshwas Nagar, Delhi on 24th Oct, 2014. Still I didn't receive registration letter Please tell me how long it will take because after the regn I have to register for ITT training.

2. I have recd a msg on my mobile number that "" Please send PAPER for National Convention for CA Students"". Please tell me that Is it compulsory to submit the papers, because till date I haven't recd regn number/letter yet.

wen dere is requirement to register for CA FINAL?? someone saying wen u apply for articleship..is it neccessary dat time..
