Taxablity related to trust giving donation to other trust

20 November 2014 ef one trust give donation to other trust then what are the provisions applicable for both the party. secondly if one trust donates to other trust with same nature if activity thn what are the provisions waiting for your suggestion as soon as possible

20 November 2014 If the donations are given as per the frame work of the provisions of the trust deed, then there is no harm in doing so. In fact there are many trusts who are desirous of giving donations...e.g. Tirupati, Saibaba, SiddhiVinayak Mumbai, Dagadusheth Pune and so on
