can we do mba along with articalship training.......& if yes then regular mba or distance learning only

I joined my articleship on 22nd of dec 2006 and my articleship will complete on June 2010. I cleared my PCC exam in Nov 08.Till my pcc exam i have taken the leave for only 42 days. After that i took transfer on 22nd of April 09. My final attempt will be in nov 10. I want to know that for how many month i will be elligible to take leave for my c.a final exam. Pls tell me the maximum leave that i can take without extending my articleship

It is in the air that transfer of articleship is valid. Is it true! Please provide documentary proof.

I'm appearing for CWA-Final as I just passed inter in June-09 exam.

I'm thinking for going CA, by appearing CPT in Dec 09.

So my calender looks like.
dec2009 -CPT
June2010-CWA Final Both grp -postal
Nov/Dec2010-IPCC Both grp

Can I go with this?
Please provide any useful suggestion....

Dear Sir,

I have a big problem. I m registered under a chartered in April 07. I have given the attempt of june 09 which is negative for me and my leave has been finished as per ICAI regulation. I need two month leave for my november 09 examination Old course both group. But my employer rejected my leave application. though i have offered him for exending my article ship period.

I went for leave without taking approval and only by sending one information mail in absence of their co operation.

My principle wants to take action against me He want to terminate me can it be effected on my nov 09 attempt or my service period of articleship or can i take transfer in last twenlve month by any way. Kindly guide me because i need the leave since nov 09 is last attempt for old course.
