I want to take transfer but for that i have to fulfill some conditions. Out of these :- "Irregular Payment or non payment of stipend with reference to regulation 67".
what does that mean? I didn't get the stipend in month of january and february and also in month of july i got less than minimum limit i.e. Rs. 1250, but from past 3 months, i am getting the stipend.
Can i get transfer on this ground? If yes, then what's the procedure and what might be the proof for it. Thanking you, Love Arora
