1.WHETHER THESE CLASSES ARE OF 15 DAYS FOR BOTH OLD & NEW SYLLABUS STUDENTS OR ARE THEY OF 3 MONTHS FOR NEW COURSE STUDENTS.
2.CAN THESE CLASSES BE TAKEN PRIOR TO PASSING CA FINAL COURSE OR ONLY AFTER PASSING FINAL COURSE.

No I think its still 15 days GMCS training. 3 months training programme is a separate intensive training programme which is optional but recommended. You can attend GMCS during the last year of articleship.
