sir,
this CA final student
iam doing articles since one year
now i want take termination
my question is
Can i take termination/transfer on the grouds of my family shifting from one city to another city. Due to abnormal increase in cost of living in hyderabad.We unable to bear that burden because my parents are neither government employees nor private employees
my father profession is business.Another reason for shifting my family is we come across heavy losses in business. finally my family was shifted from hyderabad.
can i take termination on the grounds of shifting my family .
please kindly advice

you can take one trasnfer wothout ristriction
