as per new notification of CBEC sub-brokers are not required to pay servicetax instead of them brokers will collect & pay servicetax to the govt. so my query is that whether Broker of regional stock exchanges who are trading only thrugh subsidiary company of regional stock exchange treated as subbroker are required to continue registration of servicetax?

Hai Friends...My frend wants to undergo Industrial Training...We have the list of companies providing Industrial Training..but many are saying that HUGE REFERENCES are required to get into...could any of u pls provide the way to approach a company inorder to get into as a Trainee??

Sir/Madam,

I am Ca Final Student. I am facing the problem that i could not attempt all the questions due to my very low writing speed however i know the answers n can attempt those questions.
More over i am getting the around 65% to 70% marks out of the attempted questions.
At present position i am able to solve the questions of 65 to 70 marks only.
If i can even just attempt all the question i can clear it easily..

So please suggest me how to increase the number of attempted questions?
as per my opinion, there is only problem of lack of practice but there is not much enough time remaining for practice for november2009 attempt..

What should i do ???

Actually i had to take my PCC examination in cuming november.

but happening of sum events belonging to me ordered me to postpone it for next attempt. so i have to.

am feeling very sorry to myself. am a rankholder in CPT,,,i wanted to keep da same words forever but now i had to leave the first attempt of my PCC.

i believe in that first attempt is the best attempt.but i cant make use of it.

......i think am missing sumthing.

can any one tell me and suggest me how to make a substitute of those looses.

am going mad.............
