how to cope with 3 hours of exam pressure during exam time?

07 October 2009 Friends it is observed that students have studied hard. Employed their max energy in preparation for exams. Even though they do not get expected results as they can not cope with exam pressure during 3 hours of exam.... friends and experts it would be a humble request to throw some light in this regard for how to cope with exam pressure during 3 hours of exam... how to maintain proper mind set and are there any exercise or techniques to train ones mind for such condition...

07 October 2009 Well i agree with your observation but during exam time it would be difficult to follow due to lack of time.

Don't think too much. Just study well + be confident and go for exam.

07 October 2009 Stop studying at least half an hour before exam
Don't discuss probabal question, what u have studied ............ with ur friends.

Be confident (as Ankur sir said)
