Plz tell me which book should i refer for Financial reporting in which adequate theoritical aspect is covered. What are your opinion about I.M.Pandey . G.Sekar is a complete pratical oriented and most erroneous book (in my opinion).

What about A. N. Shridhar for Stategic Financial Management.

Plz refer those books which are equally good for theoritical as well as practically good.

Should I go for Industrial Training? I am in articleship in a middle level chartered company. I am not getting much exposure of audit or of work but just learning a bit of everything? Will it be helpful for me to join Industrial Training now as I have completed PCC in last exam and am having last 1 year of articleship.

As per letter of Institiute its after completion of Articles (3.5yrs)

I Have heard that attempt can be given after completion of 3yrs of artilceship

i am manoj frm vijayawada i had a doubt regarding my eligebility for nov 2009 final exam, i joined articles on sep 2007, 2 years completed on sep 2009, but in bet ween these period i had taken excess leave, including excess leave 2 yrs will be completed by Nov 5th 2009. i called to chennai institute, they said no problem.so i sent applcation.

so will iam eligeble to write the nov 2009 final exam??????

i cleared pcc in june 2009 but i do not received pass certificate/ mark sheet till now.
can any body tell me what is process to receive mark sheet.

recently i am not under any principal(not under training), but i have completed my 2 years of training. because of some reasons i am not able to start my training for next 8 to 10 months.

i want to know can i appear exam to be held in june 10 for PCC 2nd group ? is it necessary to go under principal for appearing exam, i am asking because in exam form (omr sheet) require signature of principal !!!!!

please guide me as soon as possible. !!

some web portal instructed me Bcom holders are excempted from CPT and I can directly go to Professional Competency Test.. Is it right?
