i cleared pcc in june 2009 but i do not received pass certificate/ mark sheet till now.
can any body tell me what is process to receive mark sheet.

I think the mark sheet is misplaced in transit. So dont worry you can ask the Institute for the duplicate mark sheet.
The procedure:
Write a letter to regional office of ICAI and send one copy to Delhi office as well.
