Is it enough if i take the print frm the net or do i need to get it certified by a chartered accountant.My articles are over long time back.

Any one please clarify regarding transfer of articleship.

I Have complited my articleship 1year 8months as on 30.10.2009. I have not taken any transfer during this period.

Due to some personnel reason i want take transfer. Can any one help me about whether institue as allowing transfer.

I wanted to know whether the correctons are very tough because I can write the sections but dont remember court cases.........also I cant reproduce the same language as that of the study module..........am very clear conceptually but am not good in remembering .........I need ur help ..........plzz advice........

Recently an announcement was made by ICAI that all questions will be practical oriented and compulsary at PE2, IPCC, PCC & Final level.

In case of Final (Old) can anyone please clarify whether all papers would carry the new pattern containg compulsary questions or only A/c, Direct Tax and Costing will be chaned as per new pattern?

Please clarfy ASAP...

I have completed my PE-1 in Nov-2007 and joined for my articles in June-2008, i was not eligible for PE-II and automatically got shifted to PCC. Now the institute is offering two more attempts upto May-2010, i am giving PCC exams in May-2010. My query is am i supposed to give my PE-II exam or can i continue with PCC?

I requested for verification of my exams as appeared in June 2009 PCC (dt 4th Sept).
No replies have yet been received. They are not picking up any calls neither are they replying any e-mails.
I just wonder what has happened to the professionalism of the Institute?
They teach the world about professionalism but when are they going to adopt the same?
Atleast we deserve a reply to our queries?

my final exam is due on nov'09. i hav done form fill-up for both groups. if i don't appear for the exam due to any reason, will it be counted as if would have appeared for the exam? when i will submit my form next time , can i check in the box " past appearance : nil " ????
