Dear Member,
Any one please clarify regarding transfer of articleship.
I Have complited my articleship 1year 8months as on 30.10.2009. I have not taken any transfer during this period.
Due to some personnel reason i want take transfer. Can any one help me about whether institue as allowing transfer.

Hi Friend
Now it is difficult to take transfer but not impossible.
There are certain conditions which ICAI has aprooved or transfer otherwise you will not be able to take transfer.
1) You have to take transfer in any other State due to transfer of your parents or for some other reason.
2) You can take transfer on the basis of medical report etc
