respected sir,
I wanted to know whether the correctons are very tough because I can write the sections but dont remember court cases.........also I cant reproduce the same language as that of the study module..........am very clear conceptually but am not good in remembering .........I need ur help ..........plzz advice........

Its better if u can write the sections.... if u cannot write the case laws its ok... coz not writing is better than writing wrong.. also, institute is in hunt of students who are conceptually clear.. if u are able to covey ur concept in ur own words, and upto satisfactory level of the examiner, language of the study module will not matter.... u need to remember the concepts well though... all the best...
