Can anybody tell me which is the best book of Corporate Laws(CA-Final-New)? I have heard that Munish Bhandanri is the best , but my teacher told me that P.K.Ghosh is the best of all.I am confused. Plz help me...

My principle wants me to give transfer due to some personal dispute from me.
Can he do so? Whether he has to give reasons for it? Can I appeal against my transfer?

this is abhishek. today only my last paper pcc it sm is over. it was worst. my flowchart was wrong and i fear i would get 40 or not.
expected marks
a/c 65-70, law & audit-60, tax 55-60, cost & fm-50, audit-40-42.

my problem is should i start studying 2nd group from now or wait till the result. also my bcom exam is in april 09

plz tel me importance of atending first day of law ca final by munish bhandari as i wil not able to atend first day due to sum personal reasons.do they start teaching at first day of class only
