I finished my articleship in the year 2002 and I cleared my PE-II in 2006 in the new scheme, but i didn't register for final. Is it possible for me to register for final now? Is there any elligibility test for final?When can I appear for the final exam? Please advise

Can exemption marks in last attempt will be get setoff if i get less marks i.e around 140 or somthing
