I would like to know that can anyone use rights available under RTI against ICAI about method of giving results or about paper checking?
Further i also like to know that can I check my paper under RTI (right to information)?

I have completed 3 years of articleship training in PCC and waiting for result.
My question is if i pass this time can i appear in November,2010 final exams on the basis of completion of 3.5 years training.

whether it is compulsory to do computer training course to be eligible for appearing in ipcc may2010 exams? whether anyone can do such training after the appearence in ipcc exams?

i have got exemption in indirect taxes 62 marks in nov.2008 exam. will i get the exemption in may2010 exam? how long will i be getting this benefit of exemption?

what is diff. between ipcc with article and ipcc without article

this is the second time around i failed in my ca final exams due to not getting aggregate marks. i got the passing marks but not aggregate. please help me me how can i be able to get the aggregate. which subjects i should concentrate

WHY THE ICAI ISSUE A LOW RESULT IN CA COURSE?IF SUCH THING HAPPEN WHY THE INSTITUTE PLAYING THE GAME WITH STUDENT DESTROYING THEIR FUTURE?

I am appearing in May 2010 for Final old course.I have not been able to clear it,i was referring to manoharan,but i read padukas book is very exam oriented,pls let me know which book would be better for self study
