i am an ipcc student ging for exams in may 2010 and i have started studying 2 months before and i hav the following books:

accounts-parveen sharma
law,ethics and communication- m.p.vijaykumar
income tax- singhania
costing and fm, it &sm, auditing- padhukas

my question is that will this be a good combination as i am not goin to go for anymore books...

I want transfer of my articleship , please tell me that will I have to wait for institute's consent before getting 109 signed by the principal.. or can i send 109 along with documents and application ?

Is this choice of the student or institute has framed mandatory rules for getting previous consent of transfer ?

i have given 2 attempts of cpt and i am thinking of giving one last attempt of cpt should i give because i heard from many people that cpt should be cleared out in 2 attempt or else it will be very hard completing whole C.A in future (for those not clearing cpt in 2 attempt)...so should i give 3rd attempt or not???? please help me

I started my articleship in Feb 2007 till June 2009. As my mother died as well as my father is also not well, as he need some person who should take care of him so I can’t able to do my articleship. I had requested CA Institute to grant me break from articleship for some period but they rejected the request. Is there any other solution to get articleship complete?

Can anyone tell me what is the best way to get updated with all amendments in various subjects.
