Can anyone tell me about the pass % of PE-II, PCC and IPCC for november 2009 ?

i did ca inter but could not pass in 3 attempts in the year 2000. now i rejoined and passed pe 2. should i require to get registered for ca final. and should i do inform tech training. i have completed articleship in 2000. no computer training was done by me.

Would any one please tell me before how many period one should have to get registered for GMCS course ( if eligible for ) to get the earlier batch as earlier as possible for getting eligibilty for compus placement programme ??????
For example : as my articleship will over in oct 2010 and next campus placement prog is in sep to oct 2010

i am an ipcc student. i failed in my november 2009 exam(1st group only). i want to ask that should i go for may 2010 with 1st group only or should i leave the may 2010 attempt & prepare for both groups & write exam in nov.2010 as i have only april 2010 for revising my 1st group in which i failed in nov.2009. pls do reply.

how many times a student can write exam in ipcc? Maximum no. of attempts allowed under ipcc?

I am planning to write IPCC in Nov 2010. Plz suggest me good books for all the subjects of both the groups. Should i first start off with Institute material or do refer both i.e Institute and other reference material at the same time?? And what are the advantages of writing both groups at the same time rather than 1 group alone??
