Dear sir,

If HP is Partly used for LOP and partly used as SOP during prevoius year.. then what would be the will be treatment for that House Property.? pls suggest

Direct Taxes-Final examination

Sir

I got 56 in nov 2008 exam in DT, but for the past two attempts i failed in that paper.

iam going to appear in this may 2010. Pls suggested me to get good marks in that papers.

GMCS

Please tell me is it necessary to do GMCS before writting CA Final exam or it can be done after final.
My final exam attempt is in MAY 2011 and my articleship will be getting over in Oct 2011. I was a PCC student converted to IPCC and cleared in this NOV 2009 attempt.

RULES RELATING TO EXEMPTION(60+)

HELLO EVERYONE
ONE OF MY FRIEND GOT 64 & 62 IN A/C & COST&FM IN PCC NOV 09.

IN OTHER SUBJECTS HE GOT MORE THAN 25

MY QUEST IS IN MAY 10 HE HAS TO GET 50 IN ALL REMAINING SUBJECTS OR ATLEAST 40 AND AGGREGATE 150.

WHAT IF HE GETS 50+50=100 IN G-i
AND 43+42=85 IN G-II

WILL HE PASS OR NOT.
