Sir please tell me i am ca final student. I have not send form no 112. I have cleared my graduation in 2008 that too correspondence. Will I be required to sent the form 112. If yes with what documents i have to send. Will institute any action against me for not sending the form 112.

Dear all can any one tell me
weather duty paid on inputs used for repairs of plant and machinery or return finished product is eligible for CENVAT.
As per some author the duty so paid is not eligible for CENVAT credit?
But as per the Rule 2(a) of CENVAT credit rules inputs used in relation mfg of final product is allowable CENVAT if final product is dutiable.
I want to know the correct provision in this regard.

Sir , I have my PCC attempt in May 2010 .
I have cleared my Second group .
I have 3 subjects, I am facing problems with Audit.
I am using the compiler and trying to learn the compiler , but it is too difficult for me ,, please help me how to complete my Audit Course so that I can aim for an exemption.
The material I have used so far has proved to be insufficient.
Please help me (I personally want to follow the compiler ; but How ?)

what is the next if pee-ii not cleard in may-2010(last attempt). and what about students have completed articleship and cleard one of the group and got exemption in remanining group ?

I cleared my PCC Group-I in June-09 & not yet cleared Group-II. If i clear my IInd Group in May-10 (i.e. if i get my PCC pass results in July-10) & if my articleship gets over in June-10, CAN I APPEAR FOR C.A. FINAL-NOV.-10???

AS PER NEW ANNOUNCEMENT I AM ELEGEBLE TO GIVE THE IPCC MAY EXAME.

BUT I HAVE NOT YET COMPLETED ITT TRAINING I HAVE NOT EVEN REGISTERED FOR THE ITT TRAINING .....

Please help me. Is change of place of business of parent (beyond 50 km) a valid reason for transfer?
