On which amount we deduct the TDS?
Means Wheather the TDS deducting for Bill Amount Inclueding service tax?

I AM A C.A FINAL STUDENT(NEW COURSE). I M COPMLETING MY ARTICLESHIP ON 10TH OCT'10 AND GOING TO APPEAR FOR C.A FINAL IN NOV'10. BUT I HAVE TAKEN ACCESS LEAVE AND WOULD BE ABLE TO COMPLETE MY ARTICLESHIP BY JAN'11.MY PRINCIPAL CAN'Y ADJUST IT ON BACKDATES ALSO AS I HAVE TAKEN THE STIPEND REGULARLY BY CROSSED CHEQUE AND HE HAS DEDUCTED THE STIPEND FOR MY LEAVE PORTION.TILL TODAY I HAVE TAKEN 200 DAYS LEAVE .THEREFORE I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER I AM ELIGIBLE FOR APPEARING IN NOV'10 BEFORE COMPLETING MY ARTICLESHIP PERIOD OR NOT AND WHEN I CAN SUBMIT FORM 108????????? I AM FROM PCC BACKGROUND....

I heard that students persuing Degree along with PCC must apply for Form 119. Is it true?

i got suggetion from club expert that refer rlgupta book for finance accounting.i would like to clarify from respected expert that said book cover the new added chapter like royalty & h.purchase,accounting in service ind like construction,project a/c,software,it,telecommu,hospital etc.

pls let me know since i am going to buy said book

can somebody tell me that in the CA course theory will be more or practical sums because i studied from a Hindi Medium school and my english is not so much good.
Kindly tell me can I do CA but I have good command in practical sums.
Also tell me that I am doing MBA from Distance if i go for CA should i fill up any form in CA institue.

Sir I want to know for which leave employer deduct stipend? I am going for my ITT training for 1 month. Are employer deduct my Stipend because this leave is not react as leave it is a part of training. Thanks In advance....

sir, i m going to submit form 108 within one month of completion of my articleship mutually with my principle. so is it necessary to submit form 119 ( info to secretary & request to principle to issue such certificate) ? we r submitting 108 within time. still form 119 is require ? is it procedure of icai? plz clarify me.

I am very new to this club. I've passed my CPT in Feb 2007 and registered in PCC in April 10th 2007. I cleared my group I in PCC and going to give my attepmt in for group II in this coming May 2010. Is there any for me to give an attempt for Final in this Nov2010 if I could complete my group II in this May. What are the things that I should comply to give an attempt for final in Nov2010. And I am going to finish my articles by this Oct 9th 2010. Please clarify my doubts

I'm a PE2 student.. i'm taking exam in this may.. my doubt is if a PE2 student passes one of the group in PE2, can he starts for articles after take transfer to IPCC? Bcoz May is the last attempt for PE2 students after that they have to take transfer to IPCC?
