14 March 2010 sir, i m going to submit form 108 within one month of completion of my articleship mutually with my principle. so is it necessary to submit form 119 ( info to secretary & request to principle to issue such certificate) ? we r submitting 108 within time. still form 119 is require ? is it procedure of icai? plz clarify me.
