My mother buy land of32.5 lac & registry in feb03, took construction loan & again at end for business.my project failed,then I hand over prop to bank, did registry in June17, IT is a LTCG, but I paid that property in my loan clearing, I have nothing in my hand, how to what to do, as per ltcg, tax is much,I don't have anything in my hand, so what to do & how tax can be on least.Can tax be waive off in this case, tax will be made on cii base and indexed or unindexed, how to reduce -
