NOTICE FOR CALLING "STATUTORY MEETING" IS TO BE ISSUED TO MEMBERS IS 21 DAYS BEFORE THE STATUORY MEETING. WHT WILL BE IN THE CASE OF"ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING"?

In case of AGM also 21 days limit is applicable. in counting of 21 days day of sending and day of meeting will not be counted.
this limit can be less than 21 days if all the share holders have no objection for this.
