my pcc exam due on may,10. My preparation is good on practical papers but my theory portion is too week. i have been completed 50% of law & audit, but nothing of itsm . Now what can i do i will appear both group or only group 1.
please advice me.......

I am currently a CA final student and am doing B.Com(A&F) from IGNOU. I will be getting my B.Com degree in march2011; and will be giving my CA final(new) in nov2011.

I am planning to enroll for either CPA or CFA of USA in late 2011 or early 2012.I will also be joining in june 2011 , regular college for mcom or llb.

Will i be eligible for CPA or CFA of US?

how can i achive 65 marks in Direct Tax. pls suggest me. sugessest me some important chapters for may 2010 attempt.

I want to know whether C.I.I. tables are allowed to be carried in IPCC exams? As in Nov 09 taxation paper they didn't mention the relevant C.I.I. If not is there a way to calculate it? or do we have to learn the C.I.I. table?

If somebody has cleared the PCC exam. As per the announcement of the ICAI, the respective articled assistant applied for the issue of the "ATC certificate" & accordingly he/she is alloted the certificate. Now he/she don't want to continue the CA course further, is there any need to register for the final exam??? Since, once the PCC exam is cleared, everybody has to register for the final exam & get study material.

I would like to know the norms for getting exemption in the CA final exams regarding the following..
1. If i get 60 marks for a paper, is there any minimum mark requirement for other papers for that exemption to hold good.
2. Can i write only 1 paper and get exemption in that paper by absenting from writing other papers.

I have completed my CA-Foundation in May 2003 and completed only 5 months 20 days ArticleShip Training and taken termination letter.

I have completed my -e-Com Power First Accountan (18 Month Computer Course) from First computer Patna
I have also Completed my B. Com Hors for Mithila University in 2005 from Darbhanga

I appeared 3 times in PE -II examination including last attempt Nov-2007 in which I could not complet aggregate marks I got only (First Group:128 and Second Group Mark 144 Roll no. )

I have some quiry about the courses

1. Will I have to completed Computer training?
2. Will I have to Register for PCC or any other named course of same level?
3. How much will be Registration Fee ?
4. What will be subject to study ?
5. How much study will take time and how long I can appear in the examination after registration?
6. Will I have to submit again Test Papers?
7. When can I complete my Rest Article Ship Training ? After passing PCC or Before it ?
Guide me as per Necessory ?
8. How Much will I have to Pay for Start Study of CA Rest Course

I am also enclosing my Marks Sheet of Nov-2007 of PE- II Examination
