how can i achive 65 marks in Direct Tax. pls suggest me. sugessest me some important chapters for may 2010 attempt.

its very important study all new amendments & case laws.

Do indirect tax properly (It covers 25- 50 marks of PCC / IPCC). Out of rest, do 4 heads of income, deductions and exempted income, clubbing of income very properly.
