I have completed 2 years of articleship i need a transfer form my principal and he has no objection, can i take transfer please guide me for procedure of transfer, what formalities i have to fulfill

yes u can..as a secondment if ur serving period is 3 years..means u can take in last one year

if u r from PCC, ur articleship period 3.5 years and if ur from IPCC/PE/Inter ur articleship period 3 years

in the same city u can take secondment, but in the case of transfer, it is allowed only at a minimum distance of 50 km. from ur present employer and also ICAI ask u at least 2 strong reasons to transfer...
