how to make summary of books comprising of more than 500pages each?

i couldnt appear for nov 2010 ipcc exam due to ill health. my query is that whether there are any changes in syllabus for may 2011.

In accounts there is a topic Holding Compnay.Which Text book or study material has expalined this in simple language.

i secured 94.2% in ITT exam, so can i write this in my resume?
but the thing is ICAI doesnt give any prove of marks, so if i write this & the interviewer asks me this question what would be my answer?
