Yes. If viewed in the light of the following achievement:-
A chartered Accounted known to me joined in a public sector bank way back in 1974, and retired as Chairman & managing Director of another public sector bank.

Our elected leaders (?) have been entrusted the great job to serve the republic and we all know to what extent they misuse their post !
