In accounts there is a topic Holding Compnay.Which Text book or study material has expalined this in simple language.
Please let me know the name of the Author or relevant way to master this topic.

For Holding Company chapter, I would advice you to refer the Notes by Prof. Bhavesh Bhatt (Sukh Sagor Institue Mumbai). He has developed a technique which is probably the best in India. If you are at Mumbai or any of your friend is at Mumbai, ask him to get the Notes, even the Photocopy of the notes is self explanatory. Try once. You wont be disappointed. This is my personal experience.
