I am a ca final student. I have cleared my inter in 2013. Now I am appearing for final in nov 2016 after a gap of year. Please let me know whether old scheme is applicable for me or the new scheme. And in addition to that please tell me about the changes in old course and the subjects.

If resident sale any immovable Property & its value exceeds Rs.50 Lakh then 1% TDS has to be made by the Buyer.
Suppose NRI sale any Property to an Indian then what rate of TDS will attract?
Is there any slab rate to deduct TDS on Payment (relating to Immovable Property) to NRI?

I need to clarify the following doubt
ROC asked to select the Para 14 (a) as Yes, in INC -1 while apply for a forex company. If we select as Yes then we need to attach the in-Principle approval from RBI at the time incorporation .
But Practically is it possible ? Whether RBI will give in-Principle approval after name approval from ROC but before the incorporation?
