not received registration of cpt since 3 months

My child Anant Goel with Acknowledgement no. ACKC11437991 has applied for CPT registration on 22 feb, 2016 but still not received registration letter and also missed the opportunity to apply for June 2016 CPT exam.
He has contacted ICAI several times via email and contact no. but got no response from ICAI

Sir, if the officials of the branch are not able to help you, then you must meet the Chairman of the branch where your child got registered to the course and detail him with the problem you are facing. Also, at the mean time you can write or call up the decentralized office and get to the know the status of the application. For instance, if your child is registered with the Southern Region, the Decentralized office is in Chennai will be able to provide you details.
If none of them are able to help you, then you can directly write a mail to the Chairman Board of Studies, stating your concern.
The details of the Decentralized Office with e-mail ID and telephone numbers is available on ICAI website, you can always refer to. All the details of officials and office bearers are available on the Official Directory of the Institute's website.
