sir/mam,
I am finishing off my b.com by this june 2016. After results of my b.com are published in august 2016 i will complete my Itt and orientation by Jan 2017. If i register my articles in Feb 2017, when will be final attempt due either nov 2019 or may 2020(as per new syllabus final attempt is to be given after 3 full years of training). Also will i get old syllabus or new syllabus CA final books if i register in feb 2017. Thanks in advance for attending my query.

1)If you are able to register for CAFINAL before new syllabus notified by ICAI you may appear in cafinal after 2.5 years
2)otherwise have to attempt after 3 years of articleship

in any case you have to appear for cafinal after 3 years of articleship only as you cannot register yourself for cafinal before new syllabus notified,,bcoz house was approved our new syllabus only icai have to finish formality.
So prepare for cafinal after 3 years of articles
