Is it Possible to Issue 60000 Shares to one Share holder & balance only to another one ?
or
Is there any restriction ? i.e. Right Share should be proportionately issued to based on existing share holding?

in which month ca ipcc exam was appeard of both group.. and does can i give ca ipcc both groups after ca cpt in next month.. for example cpt exam in june2016 and ca ipcc in december 2016 can i give both groups

well, I didn't give exam this may attempt. I'm a good student I do study well but this time i wasted my whole year by passing time with friends. Now it feels pretty shameful on my part. I've decided to give whatever it takes to get a rank in nov attempt. I didn't even attend coaching classes properly last time. I'm regretting it all very badly now. Someone Please help me with a routemap to study these 6months for both the groups. I've made up my mind to work really hard this time and also people starting scaring me saying that ipcc is easy to clear only in the first go there after it gets tougher with every attempt. Please someone tell me what to do and how to do for the love of the god 😞😞
