I want to know How Can i write name of case Law in DT IDT exam.
wheather i need to Write full case name along with (2013) ITR-256 etc or I can write that "In the case of 'CIT vse Mother Dairy India Pvt Ltd' or In the case of 'Mother dairy India pvt Limited' is enough ??

If you can reproduce the citation verbatim, then nothing like that. The examiner would be impressive and award you exemplary marks.
However, if you can not write the full citation in the examination, you can write - " The Hon'ble ................ Tribunal / Court (mention if you know whether it is a Tribunal or High Court or Supreme Court) held in the case of M/s Mother Diary India Private Limited.............(list out the facts and judgement given by the Tribunal / Court)"
