my articleship original completeion date was 26th feb 2016. till date ie 28 may 2016 i had not sent the form 108 i have taken excess leaves whether both forms 108 & 107 to be sent together?? or i should send 108 first and wait for icai reply of excess leaves and fill 107? as per icai site info form 107 is to be sent within 60 days ? 60 days frm what original comoletetion date ? or when filling 108 form? whether form 107 requires additional proof also to b sent to icai like attendance/stipend proof is sent after 60 days bcz my CA cant provide such details? please resolve my query in detail m not understanding what to do ??

I have completed my articleship training on 21/04/2016 but the excess leave i have to serve according to the institute letter is 411 days which my last Principal has calculated and given to the institute on my termination. These 411 days includes Maternity leave and Exam leave and excluding the Leave period Allowed under Articleship. Can u please suggest How many excess Leave period/days I have to serve with my Current Principal.

If New syllabus Come in to effect then what about gmcs course for old syllabus students
Those Who have completed ITT,OP and 1 year of article trainging and not completed gmcs-1 Course - Whether they will be given exemption from doing gmcs-1 course or gmcs course will be abolished? If they will be given exemption whether they can appear directly in AICITSS
In my opinion the proposed ICITSS course is equivalent to (ITT,OP and partially GMCS-1) .
If Students get converted in to new syllabus(Automatically/Conventionally) and have completed ITT,OP and 1 year of article trainging and not completed gmcs-1 Course-Whether again they have to appear for ICITSS course?

Dear Expert I had send form 109 for transfer of articleship but I forgot to send My ID card alongwith The form. Now Can I send the ID card alongwith condonation application as an enclosure with form 102-103 when I will send my articleship registration form under new principal.

I have applied for CA membership registration, but ICAI raised query and asked me to submit form-112...do I need to submit that 112 form if my article got started as of March, 2011 and that time my collage lectures got completed & I had appeared for TYBCOM exams only on that month.

What is industrial training ? Can article student do the same during his articleship? Is there any permission required ? Is there any stypend for it?

i took termination after serving 11month 23 days of articleship, can i rejoin with a new principle in same city?
