28 May 2016 my articleship original completeion date was 26th feb 2016. till date ie 28 may 2016 i had not sent the form 108 i have taken excess leaves whether both forms 108 & 107 to be sent together?? or i should send 108 first and wait for icai reply of excess leaves and fill 107? as per icai site info form 107 is to be sent within 60 days ? 60 days frm what original comoletetion date ? or when filling 108 form? whether form 107 requires additional proof also to b sent to icai like attendance/stipend proof is sent after 60 days bcz my CA cant provide such details? please resolve my query in detail m not understanding what to do ??

29 May 2016 1) as you made big delay in not sending form 108 from date of completion of articles icai may ask you to provide stipend proof,attendence records etc, you may do send it when icai asks you to provide no need to send to icai primarily, your primary responsibility is sending form 108 duly filled and signed to icai and

2) for extension period send form 103 to icai ( i feel form 107 not appropriate as you have big delay)
