Form 107 & 108

my articleship original completeion date was 26th feb 2016. till date ie 28 may 2016 i had not sent the form 108 i have taken excess leaves whether both forms 108 & 107 to be sent together?? or i should send 108 first and wait for icai reply of excess leaves and fill 107? as per icai site info form 107 is to be sent within 60 days ? 60 days frm what original comoletetion date ? or when filling 108 form? whether form 107 requires additional proof also to b sent to icai like attendance/stipend proof is sent after 60 days bcz my CA cant provide such details? please resolve my query in detail m not understanding what to do ??

1)Send form 108
2)For balance period you need to execute form 102,103,,(Form 107 applicable when there is no break in service and continuing working with old employer after completion of articles to service excess leave) in your case institute wont accept form 107 and sending form 102,103 would be appropriate
3)however due to this delay you may need to answer to icai questions and satisfy reason for delay in sending forms
