Dear Sir,

I had given my exams in May 2016 attempt & this was my First attempt and my article ship is going to completed on 02-06-2016.
My query is whether my result withhold if my article ship get extended by 4 months?
Can i serve my extended period under some other principal?
If i serve under some other principal then will my result will be withheld?
Is any kind of permission is required from the Earlier principal for getting registered under other principal?

Please answer my query asap.

Dear Sir, Under section 180 in regard to borrowing-whether Board needs to take approval of members only for amount which exceeds the paid up capital and free reserves or for the entire amount. Eg Borrowings already held-110 , further to be raised-70 PUC+reserves-150 .Then here approval is required for 30 only or for the entire amount of 70.

do i need non judicial stamp paper with form 107

my articleship original completeion date was 26th feb 2016. till date ie 28 may 2016 i had not sent the form 108 i have taken excess leaves whether both forms 108 & 107 to be sent together?? or i should send 108 first and wait for icai reply of excess leaves and fill 107? as per icai site info form 107 is to be sent within 60 days ? 60 days frm what original comoletetion date ? or when filling 108 form? whether form 107 requires additional proof also to b sent to icai like attendance/stipend proof is sent after 60 days bcz my CA cant provide such details? please resolve my query in detail m not understanding what to do ??

MY Articleship has been completed and my ipcc group two not cleared...for my secure future i want to do Mba in finance from distance learning. From which university should i pursue mba. Please suggest me best option and any other course better than mba which i can do??

While transfer of the articleship,we need to submit Form 102 and 103 within one month of the start of it. But is it mandatory to submit Form 109 within one month or before 102 & 103?

Dear Expert, Please Clear the confusion regarding applicability of New Course For ca final. If a student had already Registered for Ca final will he be liable to give exams under old course only Or he will be required to study new course
