In may 2016, Dt exam question no. 4 (a) case law based question. As per Gurukirpa suggested answer,  they refer case of yamaha motors pvt ltd. Related to 4 (a) question.  But I haven't find this case law in icai book (select cases in dt and idt tax laws). I also check last 2 Rtp. Question no. 4 ( b) Taparia tools ltd.4 (c) Relaince ind. Ltd. 4 (e) Bagat construction co.Also these 3 cases, I never found in any where in the icai book. Then that means icai book and rtp is not sufficient for case law. My attempt is in Nov 2016. I am so nervous.  Because in may 2016 exam out of 5 case laws, I found only one that is Amit jain case. Please suggest me what I do buy any other book.

IF I TAKE TRANFER FROM MY EXISTING FIRM AFTER COMPLETING TWO YEARS OF ARTICLESHIP AND DOES NOT JOIN OTHER FIRM FOR REST OF THE PERIOD.. WIL I BE PERMITED TO GIVE CA FINAL EXAMS ......ALSO WHAT IS THE TIME GAP FOR REGISTERING WITH OTHER FIRM ..

hello sir/ madam my question is that my brother is preparing for ca IPCC and continiously appearing in exam from nov 2012..but still no success.. he is good in studies but due to some family matters he was not able to prepare for exam.. what he should do now. again go for exam or leave CA and go for something else..if else than what he should do now..because his graduation ia not complete due to special chance eliminated by university of delhi.. please suggest..

i have taken excess leave of 299 days .I donot want to do article under same principle. Is there any provision to do article under another principle. However my principle didnot signed my article completion form 108, till now and until i signed supplementary form and Deed for extension period. He is not ready to sign.

My Article ship commenced on 1.4.2013 & I took 174 days leave during the 3years, I worked prior to articles hip for 8 months with same principal, is there any chances of extention?

during filling of may2016 exam form I have marked tick on the option that Articlship will be completed before 30-04-2016 as I got extension till 28-04-2016 . but couldn't serve the period due to exam. I am now serving it from 17-05-2016 till 20-06-2016. now applying for re registration through form 103. will it effect my may 16 exam result. plz suggest
