My Article ship commenced on 1.4.2013 & I took 174 days leave during the 3years, I worked prior to articles hip for 8 months with same principal, is there any chances of extention?

during filling of may2016 exam form I have marked tick on the option that Articlship will be completed before 30-04-2016 as I got extension till 28-04-2016 . but couldn't serve the period due to exam. I am now serving it from 17-05-2016 till 20-06-2016. now applying for re registration through form 103. will it effect my may 16 exam result. plz suggest

Hi!! I got registered for articleship on 16.04.2014 in Vijayawada. In recent days my mother's health got upsetted and thinking to shift our family to hyderabad for better treatment to my mother. So i would like to transfer my articleship to hyderabad. Will ICAI accept my mother's medical reports as a reason for my termination of articleship? Will it lead to extension of my articleship for a period of 3 months?

The issue of form for completion of articles has become late by more than 30 days. It is understood that a condonation fee is to be paid along with condonation letter.Please clear our doubts regarding the following

1. Who should submit condonation letter - the article or the principal
2. To whom the letter is to be sent
3. In whose name demand draft is to be issued

Please give us proper advice for the above queries.
