Extension of article

i have taken excess leave of 299 days .I donot want to do article under same principle. Is there any provision to do article under another principle. However my principle didnot signed my article completion form 108, till now and until i signed supplementary form and Deed for extension period. He is not ready to sign.

you can serve extension under any practicing CA including your current principal. In case he is not signing form 108, execute Form 119 and send a copy to the Institute and another copy to your principal.
