02 June 2016 My Article ship commenced on 1.4.2013 & I took 174 days leave during the 3years, I worked prior to articles hip for 8 months with same principal, is there any chances of extention?

02 June 2016 No. There should not be extension. (8 months working prior to articleship has got no place in this calculation. It is a redundant data supplied by you.)

23 July 2016 Can principal take any action against his article after completion of articleship? I received completion letter a month ago and i am working with same firm after completion , but due to my negative result I want to discontinue with my ex principal, but he wants me to continue. Can he interfer in my future activity with institute?

25 July 2016 In appropriate and deserving case not only PRINCIPAL but any other person may also take action by making complaint to ICAI.....the number of complaints are increasing especially in the area of (i) more than one course being done by the articled without the permission of ICAI and (ii) dong the course the timing of which CLASH with the timing of PRINCIPAL
