31 May 2016 The issue of form for completion of articles has become late by more than 30 days. It is understood that a condonation fee is to be paid along with condonation letter.Please clear our doubts regarding the following

1. Who should submit condonation letter - the article or the principal
2. To whom the letter is to be sent
3. In whose name demand draft is to be issued

Please give us proper advice for the above queries.
