I have completed my article ship training July'2010.Now , I want to i go for GMCS tarnning-2 But while filling form in my personal details two in correct information are found. (1) Before my name instead of Miss. they used MR & (2). In Gender male option is selected... So Please help me how to correct this information..

my principal has extended articlship for 2 months. i want to serve under other ca. so after filing form 108 do i need to wait for icai letter or just start under other ca. and what are the forms required to fill??

W.e.f 1.6.16 tds rates on commission is being reduced from 10% to 5%.

We pay commission on sales to our agents. For May months bill is received in June. Now if the bill of May sales is received in June' 2016 then tds will be deducted on 10% or 5%

Also confirm the tds rate of 5% on commission being paid on sales of our product

Yesterday when i was checking ICAI website i came across one announcement regarding some revised standards in Auditing and Assurance subject and my attempt is due for Nov'16 and i want to know whether this announcement made in the month of MAY would be applicable for Nov'16 or not.

I m in the 2nd yr of articleship..... I wanted to know that if by any reason(ex excess leaves) the auditor terminated his article student... In that case can the student join another audit firm for the fresh period of 3yrs....is der any possibility.can the auditor do so.....
