Dear sir,
My friend completed 1.5yrs of articleship now she want to take termination and join in the same city is it possible to join with in 50kms far from previous office???
Plz revert @ earliest.

YES IT is possible . pls fill 109 form for tfr and 102 with new principle.

Sir she is taking termination under medical ground & is there any separate process to re-join with in city which is not far of 50kms. or As usually she can join without any explanations to the Institute...,

Sir my Friend got approval letter from the Institute but they mentioned in that approval letter that should not join with in 50Kms. any chance to request the institute to join within 50 Kms.
