sir, I want to take transfer from my articleship. can I take the transfer within the same city during first years of articleship

You can easily take transfer in 1st year of articleship. It does not matter that you are taking the transfer within the city.

Yes,you can take transfer within 1 year without any restriction.
Just submit Form 109 for termination & Form 103,102 for new registration.
